Dr. Sahar earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in 2017 and completed a General Practice Residency at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital, where she treated special needs and medically complex patients. She received her specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY before returning to Massachusetts.
She is an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, serves on the Craniofacial Cleft Lip and Palate Team at Tufts Medical Center, and is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

We did something totally new this week ✨ This week, Dr. Sahar was on Capitol Hill advocating alongside the American Association of Orthodontists for issues that affect our profession and our patients. We had the opportunity to meet with state representatives and even our very own Senator Ed Markey to discuss legislation to protect our patients from the risks of direct-to-consumer aligners, access to care issues, and the rising burden of professional student debt.
